2.1 The applicability of these Terms of Service defines the conditions under which we sell products to customers, thereby governing the entire sales process from the customer placing an order to the delivery of the product to the customer.
2.2 The Terms of Service applicable to an order are those in effect on the website on the day the customer places the order. Placing an order for any product implies the customer's full acceptance of the Terms of Service in effect at the time of the order. You can always review the latest version of the Terms of Service on this page.
2.3 The products for sale are those displayed on the Sophora Déco website on the day of the customer's inquiry. Each product is accompanied by a description sheet that includes photos, prices, headings, available sizes (including standard or made-to-order options where offered), colors, materials, patterns, weights, and quantities. There may be minor differences between the product and its photos, particularly depending on the user's screen color gamut, resolution, and color definition.
2.4 We are responsible for meeting the product safety requirements that apply to the goods we sell.
Price
3.1 Product prices are displayed in US dollars. For the treatment of additional import duties and import taxes, please refer to the “Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes” section of these Terms.
3.2 The total price is displayed on the Sophora Déco website and confirmed to the customer before the order is placed. The amount payable, shown in the order summary before confirmation, is calculated based on the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us at checkout. Additional import duties and import taxes are addressed in section 9.2.
3.3 We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, and any changes to our product prices will not be separately notified.
3.4 We commit to using the prices displayed on the website at the time of your order. However, if a product price is displayed incorrectly or at an obviously absurd (low) price for any reason, such as computer errors, manual input errors, or technical glitches, we may cancel the affected order where permitted by applicable law, even after confirmation. We will notify you promptly and refund any payment received. If you wish, you may place a new order at the corrected price.
Ordering
4.1 The customer can place an order by following these steps:
- Step 1 : The customer selects the desired items and adds them to the shopping cart.
- Step 2 : The customer provides their shipping address and shipping method. Sections marked with "*" are mandatory, and unless specified otherwise by the customer, the billing address will be the same as the shipping address.
- Step 3 : The customer selects an available payment method and follows the instructions shown at checkout. Available payment methods and currencies are displayed before the order is confirmed.
4.2 The customer confirmation and payment constitute a sales contract between us and the customer, subject to the terms of service.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order before acceptance, or cancel an accepted order where permitted by applicable law, particularly in the following circumstances, but will not refuse an order solely because you make a good-faith complaint or exercise a statutory right:
- Fraudulent or abusive conduct;
- Unusually high order quantities;
- Fraudulent or abusive use of return and exchange services;
- Ongoing payment disputes.

Payment
5.1 We support various online payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, and more.
5.2 Credit Card and Debit Card Payments: We accept Visa and MasterCard, subject to approval through our fraud detection system. We also accept American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Visa Debit, and some electronic payment methods for specific countries or regions. Our system will automatically display credit card options suitable for your country or region on the checkout page, and you will be redirected to the website of a third-party credit card/debit card payment partner for processing.
5.3 PayPal Payments: We accept PayPal payments for specific countries or regions. When you use PayPal's online storage and payment functionality, our system will automatically display PayPal as a payment option on the checkout page for customers in eligible countries or regions. If the currency of your PayPal account differs from the currency of the specific country or region, you may incur exchange rate losses.
5.4 We use encrypted connections to help protect payment information during transmission over the internet.
Shipping
6.1 The estimated delivery time for made-to-order products consists of production time and shipping time. Ready-to-ship products do not require a made-to-order production period.
6.2 After placing an order for a made-to-order product, we will produce it according to the specifications selected for your order. The estimated production time is 7 to 14 business days unless a different estimate is shown for the relevant product.
6.3 There are two delivery options: standard delivery and express delivery. The estimated shipping time for standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days, while express delivery has an estimated shipping time of 4 to 6 business days.
6.4 The delivery times displayed on the website are only estimates, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on specific circumstances. This does not affect your rights if delivery is delayed or does not occur.
6.5 If events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, or telecommunication failures, delay or prevent performance, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated delivery estimate where available. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6.6 You must provide accurate recipient shipping addresses and phone numbers and sign for the delivery. Failure to do so may result in reshipment costs.
6.7 Transfer of Risk: The risk of damage, loss, and deterioration of the products transfers to you upon delivery and receipt of the products.
Inspection of Goods
7.1 You are required to inspect the received products for compliance with your requirements at the time of delivery. Any exceptions related to the delivery, such as damaged packaging, missing products, damaged products, products not matching the order, or any other anomalies, should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible. This does not limit your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods, including defects discovered later.

Warranty
8.1 The warranty period for the products and their accessories is 2 years, starting from the date you receive the products.
8.2 During the warranty period, we provide warranty services for products with inherent defects (such as design defects, fabric damage, loose threads, etc.). If the product you purchased has an inherent defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product. This does not limit any other remedies available under applicable consumer law.
8.3 Products rendered unusable due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, exposure to natural elements, high humidity, or failure to follow usage and maintenance instructions are not covered by the warranty. Specifically, but not limited to, this includes the following circumstances:
- Fabric wear and tear, natural fading, minor color variations, exposure to salt-laden air, damage by insects or pets, and fabric discoloration or creasing due to exposure to sunlight;
- Routine maintenance of motorized curtains and their accessories, including charging and battery replacement;
- Various types of damage caused by the removal or reinstallation of curtains on the same window or different windows;
- Products rendered unusable due to your measurement errors or failure to follow the product installation instructions.
8.4 These Conditions apply only to the original customer. If you sell or transfer the goods, the Sophora Déco commercial warranty obligations cease. This does not affect any applicable statutory rights.
8.5 If you require warranty service, please email contact@sophoradeco.com with your name, address, order date, a description of the problem, and the date you first noticed it. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate remedy as soon as possible.
Shipping, Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes
9.1 Shipping
Delivery is available to the destinations listed on our Shipping info page. The transfer of risk for the goods is governed by section 6.7 of these Terms. Additional import duties and import taxes are handled under section 9.2.
9.2 Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes
We normally arrange customs declarations for orders shipped by Sophora Déco. Customs authorities may occasionally assess additional import duties or import taxes, and you may be asked to pay them before your parcel can be released or delivered.
If you pay these additional import duties or import taxes, please email your order number, the customs or tax assessment, and proof of payment to contact@sophoradeco.com. After verifying the documents, TRADING PASSION LIMITED will reimburse the verified amount of these additional import duties and import taxes in full.

10.1 The personal information you submit through the website is subject to our privacy policy. For details regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information, please refer to our privacy policy.

13.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that, for third-party claims or demands arising from your violation of these Terms of Service, misuse of the service, or violation of any laws, you will indemnify, compensate, and hold Sophora Déco harmless from reasonable third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
14.1 These Terms are subject to the law applicable to your purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you.
14.2 This website is operated by TRADING PASSION LIMITED under the Sophora Déco brand. TRADING PASSION LIMITED is the seller for purchases made on this website.
14.3 If you have a dispute or claim, please first contact Sophora Déco at contact@sophoradeco.com so that we can try to resolve it. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may bring a claim before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Contacting us first does not limit any legal rights or time limits.
Others
15.1 These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Return and Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the customer and Sophora Déco, governing the use of any feature or service on the Sophora Déco website.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or the Return and Exchange Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
